1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.upliftingvalue.com.au and the services provided by Uplifting Value, operated by Anna Lamb, Naremburn, New South Wales, Australia ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and applicable Australian federal law, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) contained in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

2. Our Services

Uplifting Value provides pricing coaching and consultancy services for female-led businesses, including but not limited to:

Own Your Pricing Program - a comprehensive, multi-session coaching program covering pricing strategy, business viability, and growth

Pricing Clarity Program— targeted sessions to help you understand how to price based on your value

Pick My Pricing Brain — a single advisory session for specific pricing questions

Discovery Calls — a complimentary 30-minute introductory call to determine suitability

Digital resources — including the Pricing Strategy Workbook and any other materials

Services may be delivered online via video call or face-to-face in Sydney, as agreed at the time of booking.

3. Bookings and Engagement Process

Discovery Call
Your 30-minute discovery call is complimentary and obligation-free. Following the call, we will provide a detailed proposal within 2 business days.

Commencing a Program
Engagement begins when:

You have signed our proposal or agreement

A deposit has been received

A first session date has been confirmed

Pre-Work
Pre-work will be provided 2 weeks prior to your first session. You are required to submit completed pre-work at least 2 days before each session. We recommend setting aside approximately 1 hour to complete pre-work to get the most value from each session.

4. Payments

Deposits and Payment Plans
A deposit is required to secure your place in a program. Payment plans may be available and will be outlined in your individual proposal.

Accepted Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of engagement.

Late Payments
We reserve the right to pause or suspend services where payments are overdue. We will notify you in advance before taking this step.

Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

Session Rescheduling
We ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice to reschedule a session. Requests with less than 48 hours' notice may result in that session being forfeited.

Program Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a program after commencement:

Any sessions already delivered will be charged at the full session rate

Deposits are non-refundable

Any outstanding balance for delivered sessions will be invoiced and payable within 14 days

Our Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer the earliest available alternative time at no extra charge.

Refunds
Our services are subject to the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a service has not been delivered as promised, you may be entitled to a remedy. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

6. Confidentiality

We understand that the information you share during coaching sessions may be sensitive. We treat all client information with strict confidentiality and will not disclose your business details, pricing information, or session content to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Likewise, we ask that you treat any materials, tools, frameworks, or methodologies we share with you as proprietary and confidential. These are not to be reproduced, shared, or distributed without our written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, workbooks, frameworks, and tools — is the intellectual property of Uplifting Value and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. Materials provided during coaching engagements are for your personal business use only.

8. Results and Disclaimer

Coaching and consulting outcomes vary depending on individual business circumstances, effort, and implementation. While we are committed to providing high-quality, personalised support, we do not guarantee specific financial results or business outcomes.

Our services provide education, tools, and accountability — the results you achieve are also dependent on your own actions, decisions, and external factors beyond our control.

Nothing in our services constitutes financial, legal, or accounting advice. For matters requiring professional financial or legal advice, please consult a qualified professional.

9. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our website at any time without notice.
